Adam is VP of Product at Dropbox, where he leads the charge in building products that empower customers to do their best work. He’s spent his career creating and scaling products used by millions of customers, and has held leadership and technical roles at companies including LinkedIn, eBay, and Apple.

Previously, Adam was President and CEO of Wealthfront, a pioneer in automated financial advice. Most recently, he served as executive-in-residence at Greylock, where he worked with portfolio companies on product strategy and growth.

Karen is a General Partner with B Capital Group, joining the firm in mid-March. A respected business leader, she led a meaningful portion of Apple's enterprise team and was one of the earliest employees and a founding executive at Box.

Karen has been an adviser to and angel investor in a number of early stage startups, including Deputy, Plastiq and others.  She is also a member of the Dean's Advisory Council at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a trustee at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View.
